It’s hard work to build and maintain networks, and it’s essential to keep our customers connected.
J.P. and his team are so good, and they take that commitment to our customers seriously. It’s a lot. In fact, we invested more than $4.7 billion in our Illinois network infrastructure from 2019-2023.
Still, he does it all with a positive attitude and a smile that lights up a room.
