December 12, 2022 | AT&T Turns On New 5G Sites Across West Virginia: AT&T* continues its 5G network expansion in West Virginia, giving residents, businesses and visitors a big boost in their wireless connectivity. We’ve recently added mobile broadband sites in the Eastern portion of the state to enhance the coverage and capacity, and help customers unlock the power of America’s Most Reliable 5G Network.1

  • In Berkeley County, a new site in the Martinsburg area improves coverage and capacity near Pikeside and Arden.  A second site in Martinsburg improves coverage and capacity around Baker Heights and Douglas Grove. And, a new site in the Martinsburg area boosts coverage and capacity between Route 12 and Opequon Creek.
  • In Jefferson County, new site in Summit Point boosts coverage and capacity around South Childs Road and Leestown Road.  Another site in Summit Point improves coverage and capacity around Summit Point Motorsports Park.
  • And, in Ohio County, a new site boosts coverage and capacity in Overbrook and Clinton and along SR-88 northeast of Oglebay Resort.
