The proposed guidance from NTIA on Build America, Buy America compliance requirements enables suppliers and providers to manufacture and deploy broadband efficiently. This guidance offers providers the clarity needed to make critical deployment decisions and puts us one step closer to turning BEAD funds into internet connectivity – an important step in reaching our shared goal to give all Americans the opportunity to participate in today’s online world.
