We’re innovating and investing today for America’s future.
That’s why AT&T has invested more than $145 billion primarily in communications infrastructure from 2019 – 20231 to keep connecting more Americans to more opportunities.
Connectivity is at the core of what we do. And today, connectivity is also at the core of Americans’ daily lives. Access to education, employment, healthcare and banking – it’s all online. And that’s not going to change.
That’s why we’re investing in networks for the next century. It’s more important than ever for Americans to have access to the opportunities available online – not only to get ahead in their daily lives, but also to keep pace with the rest of the world.
We’re investing in America’s future by investing in our networks, our people and our communities. Here’s how we’re making it happen:
- We’re building on years of investment and decades of innovation to aggressively upgrade our networks for communities nationwide with AT&T Fiber®. We know fiber is faster and more reliable than some other outdated technologies. That’s why we’re working with local governments and organizations to bring fiber to every corner of the country.
- We know people are on the move and the need for connectivity needs to move with them. We’re continuing to enhance AT&T 5G to help communities stay connected to fast, reliable and secure mobile experiences to help simplify, enhance and change lives.
- We’re strengthening communications for first responders with FirstNet®, Built with AT&T, the only purpose-built public safety network, which now covers 2.97+ million square miles and more than 99% of the U.S. population today. All to make your community safer, smarter and stronger.
But we’re not just investing in building American infrastructure, we’re investing in communities across the country by providing resources to help close the digital divide – so more people can compete in our digital economy.
Building a future for all Americans starts with critical investments today. Whether we’re bringing fiber internet to a new community or building a network to last the next century, AT&T is investing in America’s future.
