“We applaud the FCC for acting quickly to move this critical mid-band 3.45 GHz spectrum into the marketplace. Following the Administration’s commitment last month to allow for commercial use in the band, the Commission’s actions today set the stage for a sharing arrangement that will protect federal incumbent users while permitting this critical resource to be used to strengthen our country’s 5G networks.”
