The Wall Street Journal has repeatedly refused to share the full sampling, data, testing, analysis and research behind their investigation of lead-clad cables, which is highly relevant to pending litigation against AT&T. As often is the case in litigation, we’ve determined the appropriate next step is to formally request relevant information from the Journal pertaining to this ongoing litigation. For the benefit of public health and to further the search for the truth in this litigation, we hope the Journal promptly provides the information requested.
