Molly Kocour Boyle is named the new President of AT&T Ohio.
In her new role, Kocour Boyle is responsible for AT&T’s external affairs, public policy, philanthropy, and community engagement initiatives throughout Ohio. AT&T employs more than 3,500 workers throughout the state.
“I am excited to lead the talented AT&T Ohio team during such an exciting time for our company in the state,” said Kocour Boyle. “We’re investing in and expanding the reach of our high-speed internet service, providing more affordable and accessible internet services to help close the digital divide, supporting the public safety community through FirstNet, and investing and engaging in the communities we serve. It is a privilege to do this important work in Ohio as we continue to create connection for our customers and stakeholders throughout the state.”
AT&T invested more than $1.7 billion in its wired and wireless networks in Ohio from 2018-2020. During that time frame, AT&T and the AT&T Foundation contributed more than $5.6 million to non-profit organizations in the state.

A second-generation AT&T employee, Kocour Boyle joined the company in 2013 and served the company in public affairs and external affairs positions based in Kansas. She most recently served as President, AT&T Kansas, where she led work to strengthen broadband expansion policy and accelerate the company’s wireless network buildout in the state. She previously worked as a telecommunications industry consultant in Washington, D.C.
Kocour Boyle is active in supporting early childhood education and mental health wellness initiatives.
Kocour Boyle’s husband, John David (J-D) Boyle, is a native of Shaker Heights, Ohio. They have three children.
