COVID-19 and Distance Learning Solutions

As students and schools are preparing for a new school year during the pandemic, affordable internet connectivity is essential.

Below you can learn more about AT&T initiatives to provide internet access for $10 per month to eligible households and a limited-time offer* to transform education and eLearning with more options for schools.

In addition, we recently announced we invested more than $1.1 billion in Indiana wireline and wireless networks from 2017-2019 to expand coverage and improve connectivity in more communities.

We are connecting people to school, work, health care and first responders, as well as friends, family and loved ones. Every day, the people of AT&T strive to deliver best-in-class services for our customers in Indiana. It’s what we do.

Low-cost broadband access for eligible households – Access from AT&T

Now more than ever, internet access is important to stay in-touch with your family, friends, work and school. That’s why AT&T will continue to offer an affordable way to connect.

Access from AT&T is an affordable way to stay connected with Internet service for $10/month. And, we’ve expanded eligibility requirements.

In response to the public health crisis, Access from AT&T is temporarily:

  • Expanding eligibility based on income1 and to households that participate in the National School Lunch and Head Start programs; and
  • Waiving home Internet data overage fees until September 30, 2020. (Does not apply to DSL)

Plus, there’s NO commitment, NO deposit and NO installation fee.

Get an in-home Wi-Fi gateway and access to the entire national AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot network — INCLUDED at no extra cost. Other eligibility requirements apply.

Geographic and service restrictions apply to AT&T Internet services. Not all speeds available in all areas. Pricing subject to change. Service subject to Internet Terms of Service at att.com/internet-terms.

Transforming Education and eLearning with More Options for Schools

As schools are faced with the challenge of tackling both in-person and remote learning, affordable connectivity solutions are essential. Now more than ever, schools need options to minimize disruptions and continue to support student learning. And that includes safety protocols, like content filtering, to help students connect more securely to the internet.

That’s why we’ve created this limited time offer for all public and private schools, from K-12 to colleges and universities.

Schools that activate at least one eligible data-only line for students, with a qualified unlimited data plan, and order Enterprise Traffic Protector service for that line during the promotional period will get both services for $20/month.
