Brad McLean named president of AT&T Ohio

Dear Friends,

I hope this note finds you well during an unusually challenging time.

My name is Brad McLean and I was recently named president of AT&T Ohio.

In this new role, I’m responsible for AT&T’s public policy, philanthropy and community engagement initiatives throughout Ohio.  My predecessor and friend, Adam Grzybicki, recently was promoted to president of AT&T National Regulatory and External Affairs.  Adam is so deserving of this promotion and we wish him the very best.

One thing I appreciate about Ohio is the collective spirit of community and passion for progress among our people. That’s why I look forward to working with you to strengthen our communities.

Clearly, these are important days in Ohio and in America.

I’m proud that, at AT&T, we stand for equality and embrace freedom.  Black lives matter and we have a moral and business obligation to engage on the fundamental issue of equality and fairness. We will put AT&T resources and leadership towards initiatives that we believe can move the needle on these issues and we will do so for as long as it takes.

If you haven’t had the opportunity, yet, please see this letter from AT&T Chairman and former CEO Randall Stephenson.  AT&T will work with civil rights organizations, law enforcement, elected officials and other businesses on the local, state and federal levels to push for change to address injustices in law enforcement. As part of our advocacy, we’ll continue our decades-long financial support and engagement with existing civil rights groups and will also look to partner with others who can make a difference.

Together, we will continue to make important progress for Ohio

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Brad McLean
