“One of AT&T’s core values is to ‘Be There’ when people need us,” said Scott VanderSanden, president of AT&T Wisconsin. “We know 2020 has been a tough year for so many in Kenosha and around our country. We are proud to support the Kenosha community as it rebuilds businesses downtown and helps families who need shelter and a warm meal.”
The $10,000 AT&T contribution to Downtown Kenosha will support the organization as it helps businesses in the downtown and uptown areas of Kenosha reinvest and rebuild. Downtown Kenosha is an independent, non-profit organization committed to the revitalization and growth of downtown Kenosha.
AT&T’s $10,000 contribution to the Shalom Center will support the non-profit’s food and shelter programs for low-income individuals and families and those experiencing homelessness. The mission of the Shalom Center is to serve the community by providing emergency food, shelter, and support in ways that meet immediate needs and respect human dignity.
AT&T’s support is part of AT&T Believes℠ – a company-wide effort to create positive change in our local communities. AT&T Believes harnesses employee engagement, supports it with company resources, and joins with area organizations and non-profits to make an even bigger impact on local communities and society at large.
Contributions are part of AT&T Believes℠ initiative.
