Beyond the manufacturer’s warranty which typically lasts 3-12 months, our Performance Protection Plan will repair or replace your handset for up to two years. In addition, we provide loaner phones so you are not inconvenienced while your wireless device is being serviced.
Phone Replacement
You always have the option of purchasing a new device at the retail sales price. There’s also a selection of pre-owned and refurbished phones that you may want to consider until you’re upgrade eligible. Just pop your SIM chip into the replacement phone and you’re good to go!
