The most accurate readings (within a few yards) are returned by A-GPS phones when “seen” by GPS satellites. If the device is not in the satellite’s clear line of site, the system automatically uses the wireless network cell sites that have accuracy within a few hundred yards.
You can even set a schedule for specific days and times to automatically locate a family member’s phone. For example, you can set a Schedule Check for 4:00 pm every weekday to make sure your child gets home from school when you expect them.
